It's interesting, many of us think that once we get that book published, everything will be better, we will have reached the finish line. I suppose there is always another finish line.

A slightly full-circle moment for me was getting one of the stories from your book as an assignment in my second-ever creative writing class last year or so...and thinking...wait...I think I've *read* this story, and telling my instructor about your book, and knowing you, and they told me about knowing the author!

Yup, it was Merrill Feitell and she had some connection to the author of "Make It To The Promised Land"
